Training. To become Microsoft certified you must pass the authorized exam(s) for a credential. Though no specific training is required, the best way to prepare for Microsoft certification is with authorized training. ONLC's live classes are led and supported by an online Microsoft Certified Trainer to ensure learning. Students attending live classes can repeat the same class one time for free within a year (see Free Retake ), AND with our Exam Pass Guarantee could get an additional exam voucher if the exam is not passed the first time.
Exams. Microsoft partners with Pearson VUE to deliver their exams. Microsoft certification exams are performance-based requiring you to complete specific tasks during the exam to prove your knowledge and understanding of the technology. Certification exams are online proctored and available at https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/onvue . Exam candidates register directly with Pearson VUE. Exams are not available at ONLC centers.

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals is the right starting point for those lack a technical background and want to establish a career in general cloud services and Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model. Earning this entry-level certification validates a solid understanding of the basics of Microsoft 365. With that base you'll then be prepared to continue onto upper level Microsoft 365 job roles such as Modern Desktop Administrator, Teamwork Administrator, Messaging Administrator, and eventually Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator.
