No matter what location you choose, live classes are fully interactive. The instructor can see the computer work you're doing and can work with you via computer to provide direct assistance. You'll use the software and do hands-on exercises* throughout class under the guidance of our trainer. Simply speak up to talk with the instructor, ask questions and participate in class discussions. You'll also hear the Q&As from fellow participants.

On-Demand courses are a great solution for those who prefer to study on their own or can't take time off from work to attend live training.
• Self-study, self-paced courses using your own equipment from your own location
• 24/7 access for multiple months to video tutorials, labs and knowledge assessments
• Repeat sections or entire course while you have access
• Time-saving option to learn or brush up on select skills.
Courses in this format have "On-Demand" in the title. As details can vary, specifics including access period are provided in the course outline. Many On-Demand courses can be used to help prep for certification exams. On-Demand courses can be a cost-saving alternative to live online classes. (This format may not be available for all titles.)
