PowerPoint Tips, Tricks and Timesavers Course Outline
Overview
This one-day class offers tips, tricks and timesavers that will help you get the most from PowerPoint. It is a easy quick-paced class that will touch on most of the popular PowerPoint features and how to access them efficiently. This is a great "refresher" course for those with prior PowerPoint experience who want to quickly update their skills and learn the latest tips, tricks and timesavers!
Version Note
This class is taught using PowerPoint 365 / 2019. While many topics will be valid for PowerPoint 2016 users, about half of the topics will be available exclusively to Office 365 subscribers such as Designer, Morph and Zoom.
Target Student
You already know PowerPoint and have been working with it regularly. Some of your skills are self-taught and you might have taken formal training one or more versions back. Individuals who have taken one or more PowerPoint classes will be excellent candidates for this class.
Who Should NOT Take This Class
If you are a novice PowerPoint user, this class is not for you. It is best to have some practical PowerPoint work experience before taking this class. Also, if you have taken all three of our PowerPoint Introduction, and Beyond the Basics classes, there will be a overlap in topics. However, this class does have new features and techniques that are not in the other courses.
Prerequisites
This class is not for beginning PowerPoint users. The typical candidate for this class will be either self-taught or will have had some formal training in PowerPoint. This class can be taken after the PowerPoint Introduction (or with equivalent experience).
